**Job Summary**:
You will be required to fulfill the roles and responsibilities of a Wound Nurse providing direct patient care in both the inpatient wards and outpatient clinics.

You will also be required to assist the team in conducting wound research - patient recruitment, obtaining informed consent, collection of specimens, data entry and management.

**Job Requirements**:

- SNB Registered Nurse
- SSN with a mínimal of 5 years of clinical experiences
- Experience in wound care management or directly related experience
- Analytical skill and critical thinking
- Highly motivated with an ability to work independently and a good team player
- Excellent communication skills and display confidence in handling challenging individuals
- Demonstrate passion in teaching
- Display interest and potential in clinical research
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other releated IT skills

**Clinical Role (Inpatient and Outpatient)**:

- Deliver specialized care and management for wound and stoma cases with a high level of competence.
- Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and independently formulate treatment plans.
- Provide direct care and rehabilitation services for patients with stomas, complex wounds, fistulas, drains, and pressure injuries independently.
- Manage wound needs for patients with continence disorders, fungating wounds, and dermatological conditions.
- Offer direct education to patients and caregivers to ensure proper understanding and care management.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

**Educational Role**:

- Deliver effective education and training to healthcare professionals and the public on wound and stoma care.

**Research/Project Involvement**:

- Initiate and participate in research projects or clinical initiatives in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
