TCM Clinic Assistant

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Clinic Assistant to join our TCM clinic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing excellent patient service, and supporting the clinic in delivering holistic wellness to patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient registration.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Handle phone, email, and in-house enquiries..
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Register new patients and update information in the clinic system.
- Maintain tidiness of the clinic front desk.
Requirements
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (appointment booking systems).
- Willingness to work on Saturdays and based on clinic schedule.
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Tue - Fri: 10.30am - 8pm
Sat: 9am - 5pm
2 off days per week
Off on all Sundays, Mondays and Public Holidays
