Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for store and warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, dealers, and colleagues.
- Conduct stock checks (spare parts) for incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Liaise with admin staff and colleagues on orders, deliveries, feedback, and related matters.
- Prepare accurate documents such as Delivery Orders and Goods Return Notes.
- Assist with stock count exercises as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
- Secondary education (N/O Level) or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in warehouse administration is preferred.
