Our client is a leading industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) listed on SGX with a portfolio of more than 20 properties in Singapore and a market capitalization of more than S$1 billion. They are seeking an experienced individual to join the Finance team as Assistant Manager.

Job description

  • Oversee the finance & accounting function/ process, including tax matters
  • Prepare management accounts, financial statements, forecasts (including cash flow forecasts) and budgets, quarterly SGX announcement
  • Manage monthly treasury matters including interest payments, monitoring of bank covenants
  • Key liaisons with internal/external auditors/tax agents/ bankers
  • Key liaison with overseas finance teams and ensure timely reporting from them
  • Lead REIT compliance matters, delegation of authority and adherence to internal controls
  • Assist in corporate secretarial matters
  • Any Ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

Job Requirement

  • Recognised Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification, preferably CA or CPA
  • At least 5 years working experience
  • Conversant with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and other regulatory compliance requirements of listed companies/ REITS
  • Experience in budget/ forecast
  • Meticulous, committed, and good team player with strong analytical skills
  • Self-driven and able to work under pressure
  • Prior experience working in a REIT will be an added advantage
