Description:
Industrial Supplies team is responsible to managing and driving print volume growth out of the company portfolio & products and solutions, addressing the need of large-scale Print Service Providers and managing cost through our channels. In cooperation with Country Sales team and Regional Business Mgt teams you will be responsible to deliver Revenue and Cost metrics targets
In your role will liaise regularly with the business team and work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and business operation teams to deliver revenue, margins and TCE results.
Responsibilities
- Forecasting of print volume impression by monitoring market conditions and liaising with customers and channel.
- Orchestrate meetings and create business presentations to channels, customer and sales teams.
- Print Volume and supplies Life Span trends monitoring, taking corrective action to improve life span of supplies.
- Support price revision activity by implementing the revision to channel and customers.
- Understand business needs and identify opportunities and propose pricing to supplies and to generate profitable revenue growth.
- Deploy, monitor, report and taken corrective action for projects and programs launched by region and WW business units
Education and Experience Required:
- University or Bachelor's degree in any discipline; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- Typically 5+ years of professional experience with a combination of Sales, Service, Marketing, Business Planning experienced preferred.
- Demonstrated Management/ Team leadership experience.
Knowledge and Skills
- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Business planning skills, multidimensional.
- Financial planning and modelling skills, comfortable to manage high complexity business planning and reporting.
- Strong communication skills at senior management internally and externally.
- Knowledge of promotional processes and practices.
- Negotiation skills and ability to frame the product value proposition to customers/partners.
- Leadership skills and cross functional expertise (sales, supply chain, service and marketing)
- Demonstrated business analytics expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
- Advanced knowledge in Excel
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
- Strong analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
- Project management and Process Improvement acquaintance
