In your role as **Brand Manager, AMEA Snacks**, you will be responsible for initiating, leading and executing all elements of the Marketing Mix for a brand or group of brands within the AMEA Salty Snacks category, and through doing so positively impact the top and bottom line of the business.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited, to:_**
- Support in developing short & long-term objectives and strategies
- Identify and leverage powerful consumer insights and turn them into winning Product & Commercial Innovation pipeline to grow brand & category in short & long-term
- Develop annual marketing plan and manage project timelines, coordinate activities across various local, area and corporate resources, to ensure project delivery
- Develop holistic brand communication (big idea development, copy production, media guideline, package, etc)
- Lead the development & execution of all commercial elements for the Product & Commercial innovation (completed end to end management: ideation through to commercialisation)
- Manage the day-to-day business processes for the brand(s) & markets to ensure effective and efficient business management
- Co-work with internal Trade Marketing, Market teams & external agency partners for strong in-market execution to maximize the impact of project
- Control of A&P budget and monitor spending vs. plan
- Explore/qualify business opportunities & capitalize the opportunities to further grow
- Work closely with markets to execute plans with excellence and follow through in results.

Skills, experience & attributes sought:_**
- Bachelors’ Degree in either Business, Marketing, Commerce or related discipline
- Min. 3 years’ relevant work experience in Marketing
- Involvement and exposure to brand strategy development, including issue identification and strategy solution
- Strong commercial acumen: comfortable interpreting, analysing and leveraging data
- Self-motivated, organised, able to prioritise and manage multiple projects
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively, build up and stretch into new areas
- Team player with a ‘can-do’ solutions-focused approach
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Demonstrates strong ownership and initiative.
