  • Position : Project Engineer (Architectural/Façade) – Up to $6, months Bonus
  • Location : Office at Kranji | Various Project Sites
  • Working hours       : 5.5 Days | Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm | Saturday 9am to 1pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience : Up to $6, month Bonus + Incentives + Annual Leave + Medical Leave + Petrol Claimable + Transport Allowance
  • Duration : Perm
  • Industry : Architectural Solutions

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and update technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress to meet deadlines and cost targets.
  • Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Assist in procurement, technical evaluation of materials, and preparation of method statements.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Structural, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (2D; 3D knowledge advantageous).
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant project engineering experience in construction, façade, or related industries.
  • Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and local building regulations.
  • Willing to work on-site when required.
