Job Responsibilities

Job Summary:

A unique opportunity to get hands-on experience and be involved in the entire value chain of the business units from end to end P&L, balance sheet, to internal control and compliance.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Finance Business Partner with 2-7 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis, including financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.

2. Commercial Support: Provide financial support to commercial teams, including pricing analysis, margin analysis, and return on investment (ROI) analysis.

3. Budgeting and Planning: Assist in the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to achieve business objectives.

4. Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure business performance and identify areas for improvement.

5. Special Projects: Participate in special projects, such as financial process improvements, system implementations, and financial due diligence.

6. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to provide financial guidance and support.

1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CFA certification is a plus.

2. Experience: 2-7 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and budgeting.

3. Skills:

1. Strong understanding of financial concepts, including financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.

2. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

3. Proficient in ERP eg: SAP S4 HANA and financial planning and analysis software, such as Excel, Financial Modeling, and Planning tools.

4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
