About the role

ID Architects Pte Ltd is well established 36 years old practice in Singapore and the regionals. We provide professional architectural, interior design, landscape, urban planning and project management services. We are focused on design ideas that are well-considered and innovative. We utilize up-to-date digital and computational design tools to best help us in work. Our work covers a very broad and specialized range of portfolio that is exceptionally rare. We are looking for individuals that have good skills and work well with others

What you'll be doing

  • You will be involved in various aspects of architectural works across multiple projects such as feasibility and conceptual design, design development, tender preparation, contract management, supervision and project management

What we're looking for

  • Master (or Bachelor) Degree in Architecture or equivalent from universities recognized by the Board of Architect
  • Minimally 3 years of relevant experience in design and project management
  • Able to work closely with Principal Architect, Design Director and QP throughout design development and implementation stages
  • Capable project management skills - communication and coordination with client, consultants, authorities, and all other stakeholders
  • Experience with tender preparation, documentation and calling of tender
  • Familiar with local Building Code requirements and Regulations
  • Have good critical thinking and communication skills
  • Competent in design and possesses good knowledge in architectural detailing
  • Possesses excellent people skills and is a good team player
  • Highly motivated, proactive, independent
  • Conversant in BIM (Revit and/or Archicad) and other digital design tools
