Full Time Barista

Job Description
- Craft and serve a diverse range of specialty coffee beverages, including pour-over and espresso with precision and consistency.
- Prepare and serve high quality matcha beverages, such as matcha lattes and usucha, using traditional Japanese methods and techniques.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of coffee and matcha origins, flavour profiles, and brewing parameters, and share your knowledge with customers to enhance their drinking experience.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including coffee equipment, serving areas, and storage areas, in accordance with food safety standards.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- 5 day work week
- Availability on Sat/Sun
- Proficient in English
- Strong understanding of espresso calibration
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
Benefits
- Full Time: Salary ranges from $2,500 to $2,800
- Annual bonus for Full Time staff, subject to company's performance
