As a Shipping Officer, you will play a crucial role in our import/export and customs operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods across international borders.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

·       Coordinate and monitor all shipping and freight forwarding activities.

·       Prepare shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificates, etc.).

·       Liaise with carriers, shipping lines, customs, and port authorities to ensure smooth operations.

·       Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.

·       Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.

·       Handle customer inquiries related to shipping schedules, documentation, and costs.

Requirements:

·       Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

·       Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding.

·       Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and international trade regulations.

·       Proficient in MS Office and shipping software systems.

·       Strong organizational and communication skills.

·       Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
