Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  • Create engaging in-store experiences by offering personalised recommendations and styling advice to customers.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store cleanliness.
  • Handling stocks, inventory and stock take.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and foster a positive working environment.

Requirements

  • Nitec/ Diploma in Business management and/or equivalent
  • Prior experience in retail sales is advantageous
  • Strong customer service orientation with supportive attitude
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
