Our client is a solar energy solution provider in Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Compliance and Audits: Ensuring adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls, including overseeing financial audits.
- Team Management: Hiring, training, and supervising accounting staff.
- Process Improvement: Developing and implementing efficient accounting systems and procedures.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Creating and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Financial Strategy: Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies and policies.
- Tax Planning and Compliance: Managing tax planning, compliance, and related financial reporting.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is typically required.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are often preferred or required for certain roles.
- Relevant experience in accounting, finance, or auditing is usually necessary
- Proficiency in accounting software and systems, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and tax laws.
- High level of accuracy and meticulousness in all aspects of financial operations.
