Job Description

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage official visits and events at a heritage gallery located in the East.

Handle visitor queries, registration, and clearance.

Conduct guided tours and educational programmes for schools, organisations, and overseas visitors.

Support event logistics such as venue setup, hospitality, and materials preparation.

Maintain visitor records, monthly reports, and feedback.

Assist in gallery curation, artefact handling, and research to ensure accurate and engaging displays.

Job Requirement

Requirements

Diploma holder with at least 5 O-level passes (including English)

  • 2 years' experience in public speaking, hosting, or briefing large groups

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Prior experience in heritage, education, or uniformed services is an advantage

Work Location: East area, (Heritage Gallery)

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.30am – 6.00pm (excluding weekends & public holidays)
