About Us:Job DescriptionJob Overview:Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in coordinating and monitoring project timelines, schedules and deliverables.
  • Support in the preparation of presentation decks and project materials.
  • Help track project milestones and assist in ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Attend client meetings and take notes, following up on any action items as directed.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors and internal teams to support event execution.
  • Identify potential project risks and assist in problem-solving under supervision.
  • Carry out administrative and project-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Events Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Good verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in the events or exhibitions industry is a plus
