**Position Overview**: We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and physically strong Events and Operations Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning, coordination, and operational support within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The intern will assist in various aspects of event management and daily operational activities, contributing to the success of our events and the efficiency of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking supplies and equipment for events and daily operations.
- Support the implementation of operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for team activities and company initiatives.
- Load and unload event equipment on and off the van.
- Set up event equipment at venues.

Do note that the equipments are relatively heavy, and we will prefer someone who is physically strong for safety purposes.

**Event Planning and Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and organizing company events, including conferences, workshops, product launches, and social gatherings.
- Support the development of event timelines, schedules, and agendas.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure seamless event execution.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of event materials, such as invitations, programs, and promotional content.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $700.00 - $1,568.61 per month
