Executive Associate to the CIO/CFO

As an Executive Associate , you'll work closely with the Chief Investment & Finance Officer, gaining exposure to strategy, operations, projects, and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Coordination: Manage calendars, organize meetings, and align priorities across the leadership team.
  • Project Management: Track action items, support project execution, and monitor progress of key business initiatives.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare management reports, data summaries, and insights for decision-making.
  • Operational Support: Maintain organized records, manage e-files, and support administrative processes.
  • Travel & Logistics: Plan business trips and ensure smooth execution of schedules.
  • Ad-hoc Leadership Support: Assist with special assignments and occasional personal tasks
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Organized & Agile: Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Strong Communicator: Confident in verbal and written communication, comfortable interacting at senior levels.
  • Analytical & Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to spot issues early.
  • Tech-Proficient: Skilled with MS Office and productivity tools; quick to adopt new software.
  • Professional & Discreet: Capable of handling sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
  • Curious & Growth-Minded: Eager to learn, adaptable to changing business needs, and passionate about the automotive industry.
