Administrative Support must be able to communicate in manadarin and English.
- Manage advisers' schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate appointments with clients.
- Prepare and organise client documentation, forms, and financial reports.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.
- Draft, proofread, and send correspondence on behalf of advisers.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
Client Service
- Liaise with clients to gather required documents and information.
- Follow up on application processes, policy servicing, and claim submissions.
- Provide reminders to clients about policy renewals, reviews, or investment updates.
- Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with clients, ensuring high service standards.
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and compliance requirements (MAS, company SOPs).
- Assist in preparing compliance reports and maintaining proper records.
- Coordinate with insurers, fund houses, and other partners for policy servicing.
