Automation/Equipment Engineer

- Ensure all machines are working condition for smooth production. No defects induces.
- Immediate on site troubleshoot on machine in event if any issues.
- Escalation and work with supplier if issue persist and able to remote support with guideline provided.
- Set up and ensure process flow runs smooth.
- Ensure machine meet targeted UPH and cycle time.
- NPI support on automation supports to ensure smooth implementation and issues free.
Requirements:
- Experienced from Contract Manufacturing company or from server/rack manufacturing environment.
- At least 2-3 years similar experience.
- Experience with trouble shooting.
- Must have experience in continuous improvement process.
- Experience in equipment assembly of hard disk.
- Ability to work with the customer, HQ / factory, Peers / Subordinate, and Superiors
- Strong problem-solving skills
