Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and compile information as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with online tools for productivity, scheduling, and communication (e.g., Chatgpt, Zoom, DeepSeek).
