Adecco is partnering with a world leader in gases, technologies and services for industry and healthcare.

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Readiness & Safety Management

  • Ensure safe and compliant operations across gas yards.
  • Establish and lead the Emergency Response Team; conduct regular drills and joint exercises with customers.
  • Oversee maintenance and inspection of safety and emergency response equipment.
  • Coordinate customer and contractor safety training.
  • Support and follow up on internal and external safety audits.
  • Conduct routine safety inspections and report findings.
  • Represent company in monthly customer safety meetings.
  • Develop and update site HSES plans, SOPs, risk assessments, and notice boards.
  • Ensure compliance with company and customer HSES procedures and legal requirements.
  • Lead HSES aspects during shutdowns and maintenance activities.
  • Provide safety guidance, coaching, and training to operations staff.

2. Project & Relocation Support

  • Coordinate HSE onboarding for internal and external teams.
  • Organize training and qualifications for team members.
  • Ensure safety compliance during equipment relocation and commissioning at new site.

3. Safety, Quality & Risk Compliance

  • Enforce adherence to company safety rules, quality standards, and local legislation.
  • Participate in emergency response and risk mitigation initiatives.
  • Conduct hazard identification and support safe work practices.
  • Ensure proper procedures during incidents and emergency situations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and gap closure for compliance.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong working relationships with customers.
  • Address and anticipate customer needs in daily operations.

5. Staff Training & Development

  • Ensure completion of SOJT and all required operational training.
  • Promote continuous skill development through internal and external programs.
