What you will be working on

The team you are joining helps Singaporeans build up more retirement savings through the Retirement Sum Topping-Up Scheme and Matched Retirement Saving Scheme.
In this role, you will:

• Provide support to Senior/ Managers in managing end-to-end operations of critical schemes, ensuring timely, efficient, and accurate service delivery to CPF members.

• Process applications, maintain high-quality documentation, prepare operational reports and progress updates whilst delivering member-centric services.

• Address member enquiries and appeals professionally, providing clear guidance on scheme details and fostering effective communication.

• Collaborate with internal departments, government agencies and external organisations to deliver seamless services and ensure smooth execution of scheme-related activities.

• Support the successful implementation of policy enhancements, service improvements and outreach initiatives to encourage scheme participation.

• Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement enhancements to optimise workflow and service delivery.

• Provide support for user acceptance testing of new or enhanced systems and handle ad-hoc administrative responsibilities as required.

• Relevant experience in administration, customer service, or operations roles, preferably in public sector settings.

• Self-motivated individual with a strong dedication to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

• Ability to handle public inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

• Good organisational skills with proficiency in numerical, written, and verbal communication.

• Interest in financial literacy and ability to present information clearly and effectively to various audiences.

• Proficient in basic productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) and eager to learn and new digital tools, such as generative AI and robotic process automation.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.

Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
