Bedok New Town, Singapore EATZ CATERING SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time $60,000 - $90,000 per year

To provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO, enabling efficient time management, smooth communication, and streamlined operations. The PA acts as the gatekeeper, liaison, and support system for the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive Support

· Manage the CEO's calendar: schedule meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.

· Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring logistics are in place.

· Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-ups for management and board meetings.

· Screen and manage emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

2. Communication & Liaison

· Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and staff, clients, partners, and vendors.

· Draft professional communications, reports, memos, and presentations.

· Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

3. Project & Task Management

· Assist in tracking projects, deadlines, and deliverables assigned by the CEO.

· Follow up with various departments or stakeholders on pending matters.

· Conduct research or gather data to support executive decision-making.

4. Administrative Support

· Organize business documents, files, and digital records for easy access.

· Handle personal errands and ad hoc requests as required.

· Coordinate office-related support (event planning, reservations, gifts, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills:

· Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom).

· High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

· Ability to adapt quickly and work under pressure.

· Possess Driving License 3A/3 will be an advantage
