Description and Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Work 12hrs shift (0800hrs to 2000hrs and 2000hrs to 0800hrs)
  • May require to work office hours occasionally.
  • ITIL Process Knowledge
  • WOG experience
  • Well verse in Microsoft Office

Skills Needed:

  • Dedicated as well as hard working individual with the intercommunication skills to work at all the level of organization.
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure technology and components for installation.
  • Working knowledge of Data Centre Mechanical & Electrical for operation.
  • Vendor management.
  • Extensive knowledge garnered working as a Data Center Operator
  • Thorough knowledge of Data Center Operations with strong knowledge of Operations methodology.
  • Experience in eye-ball checking of system faults and failures
  • Good technical knowledge on Data Centre monitoring tools.
  • Strong written and excellent communication skills.
