We are looking for creative floral designers to join our team.

This role demands a blend of artistic flair, logistical precision, and client-focused service.

- Expertise in crafting floral installations tailored to themes, venues, and client visions.

- Ability to visualize how arrangements will look in large or unconventional spaces.

- Staying current with floral trends, color palettes, and seasonal blooms.

- Coordinating timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships for seamless event execution.

- Managing on-site installation, and teardown of floral decor.

- Working under tight deadlines, especially during peak wedding or holiday seasons.

- Understanding client needs, translating ideas into floral concepts, and managing expectations.

- Directing assistants or freelance florists during large-scale setups.

Job Requirements:
  • Formal training in floral design (certificate or diploma preferred)
  • Knowledge of fresh and faux flower arrangements
  • 2–5 years of floral design experience, ideally with events like weddings, corporate functions, or galas
  • Proficiency in floral arrangement techniques, including large-scale installations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative flair with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
