Working hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop exhibition/showcase content, manage budgets, and coordinate logistics and venues.

  • Work with internal stakeholders and creative teams to create engaging, on-brand content.

  • Ensure all event elements—from visuals to visitor engagement—reflect organization's values and messaging.

  • Liaise with and manage external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective project delivery.

  • Evaluate event success and provide insights for improvement.

  • Lead end-to-end project management, building strong relationships with both internal and external partners.

Job Requirements:

  • Only Singaporean.

  • Minimum Degree holders in Communications, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in event/project management, branding, or marketing communications.
