**Marketing Intern**

**As a Marketing intern, you will**
- Play an integral role in supporting strategic marketing campaigns across all of Thales’ five key sectors.
- Have your work impact critical business development and sales objectives.
- Work closely with various teams (including innovation, engineering, research & technology, sales and business development) in the organization.
- Experience working in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment, with opportunities to interact with both local and international colleagues.
- Have the opportunity to engage and interact with customers at various marketing platforms.

**Specific tasks and activities you will be involved in**

**Market Research and Strategic Business Intelligence**:

- Conduct market research and analysis so as to gain insights needed to get a better understanding of Thales’ target industries and markets, competitors, customers & partners.
- Researching and gathering market intelligence through desktop research and from key industry events in Singapore, or webinars.
- Present findings to Thales’ commercial team in the form of reports and/or PowerPoint presentation.
- Creating newsletters with internal business tools and distributing it to stakeholders.

**Marketing Content and Collateral Development**:

- Support the marketing team in drafting and refining market pitches, presentations and demonstrations to external audiences, as well as the accompanying materials (pitch decks, demo guides etc.).

**Strategic Workshops and Events Management**:

- Assist to design and execute marketing campaigns.
- Provide support in the planning and execution of strategic marketing workshops (such as Value Proposition Canvas and Business Model Canvas) and customer visits.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues across various functions and departments.
- University or Polytechnic students majoring in Business/Marketing, Arts & Social Science, or Communications preferred.
