SAP MM/ABAP Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Manager with strong ABAP knowledge to lead solution design and delivery within our IT organization. The role requires deep SAP supply chain expertise, hands-on configuration, and strong integration experience across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MM solutions.
  • Partner with business teams to optimize processes and address system pain points.
  • Drive end-to-end integrations with surrounding systems (PLM, Planning, WMS, etc.) using SAP best practices.
  • Collaborate with developers to design, debug, and enhance ABAP programs.
  • Integrate MM with other SAP modules (SD, FI/CO).
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and continuous system improvements.
  • Prepare documentation, training, and provide support to stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM with S/4HANA project implementation exposure.
  • Strong ABAP debugging and code validation skills.
  • Experience in integrations, enhancements, and EDI/IDoc processes.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain operations and related business processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in global teams.

Preferred:

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SAP best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
