We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Academic Operations Assistant to support our teaching team with daily academic and material preparation tasks. This role plays an essential support function to ensure smooth lesson delivery and is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and a good team player.

主要工作职责 | Key Responsibilities
  • 负责每周课程所需教学材料的印制、整理与装订
  • 根据课程需求,制作和准备教学教具
  • 协助老师收集教学所需的基础资料(如图片、文字素材等)
  • 负责采购教学相关物品(文具、教具、课堂消耗品等)
  • 整理与管理教务物品,保持教务区域整洁有序
  • 协助完成其他与教学支持相关的行政工作
  • Print, organize, and bind teaching materials for weekly lessons
  • Prepare and produce teaching aids based on lesson needs
  • Assist in collecting basic teaching resources (e.g. images, text materials)
  • Purchase teaching-related items such as stationery, teaching aids, and consumables
  • Organize and maintain academic materials and workspaces
  • Support other administrative tasks related to teaching operations

  • 能配合教学进度,按时完成任务
  • 有教务、行政或教育机构相关经验者优先
  • 能基本操作打印机、复印机等办公设备
  • 喜欢稳定、有规律的工作内容
  • Detail-oriented, patient, and responsible
  • Basic organizing skills and hands-on ability
  • Able to complete tasks according to teaching schedules
  • Prior experience in education, academic support, or administration is a plus
  • Able to operate basic office equipment (printer, copier, etc.)
  • Enjoys structured and routine work
