This role will require the individual to be responsible in sourcing of materials and products for the company.

(Need to hire a few purchasers)

  1. Handle daily tasks.
  2. Handle incoming shipment.
  3. Vendor/ Supplier sourcing.
  4. Manage and track Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order on the internal system to make sure the product are delivered on time.
  5. Maintain and update list of approved suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
  6. Keep relevant stakeholders informed on the latest progress/status of delivery within expected timelines.
  7. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and monitor stock levels of inventory items.
  8. Ensure sufficient supply of material to meet production needs
  9. Ensure materials quality from supplier as per expecting
  10. Ensure and promote compliance to company procurement policies and procedures.
  11. Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  12. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
  13. Speaking in Chinese / English will be advantage as candidate will be require to communicate and support the team in China.
  14. 3 years experience preferred
  15. Above Diploma education level preferred
  16. Singaporean / Permanent Resident preferred
