Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates, quotations and tender submissions for ACMV (Air-conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) works.
  • Evaluate and measure quantities from engineering drawings, specifications and tender documents.
  • Prepare and verify progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
  • Source, negotiate and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project cost, budget and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Liaise with project team, engineers and site supervisors to ensure works are carried out according to contracts and budget.
  • Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Attend site meetings and resolve any cost-related issues with project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • At least 2–3 years of QS experience in ACMV / M&E construction projects in Singapore.
  • Proficient in measurement, cost control and budgeting of ACMV works.
  • Able to read and interpret M&E/ACMV drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced project environment.
