Check Employee Attendance, OT Hours.
In-Charge of About 100 Payroll Headcounts , Including HR Operations Reporting to Management
Generating Files for CPF Submission, Annual IR8A , Tax Clearance to IRAS.
HR
Coordinating employee training and development modules, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations and handling various employee enquiries and issues.
Ensure that our HR department runs smoothly and strive to attract and retain the best talent for the company.
Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts, HR policies and employee handbooks.
This work includes maintaining employee records and ensuring that all employee data is accurate and up to date.
Reply to all MOM surveys.
Team players with excellent communication skills who are comfortable handling confidential employee and company information.
We prefer candidates with prior experience working in HR cum Payroll .
