Warehouse Assistant

We are hiring at Supply Technologies, a subsidiary of ParkOhio(NASDAQ:PKOH), specializes in supplier selection and management, planning, implementing, managing the physical flow of product for world-class international manufacturing companies, and servicing customers in the various markets.
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking talented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. As a Warehouse Assistant you will be responsible for the following.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse by organizing shelves, sweeping floors, and disposing of debris.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other warehouse staff and departments to fulfill customer orders and meet delivery deadlines.
- To follow a process based on customer working agreement to top-up / replenish customer's empty bins at customer's site with in-house inventory every day. (Replenishment at Customer site, required to wear jumpsuit, as need to enter clean room)
- Provide feedback and escalation of any problems/issues/needs to supervisor and make suggestion on work process improvement.
- Perform ad hoc / urgent duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor from time to time including weekends and public holidays.
- Provide full co-operation with the customer service team to fulfill customer's needs.
- Assist warehouse Manager and work as a team to make sure day to day warehouse operations are performed smoothly.
- Any other task as assigned
**Requirements**:
- GCE "O" Level or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office and Teams
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 15kgs
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
