Job Descriptions:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute calibration activities — both in-house and on-site, including external services.
  • Schedule and manage appointments for equipment due for calibration.
  • Ensure all laboratory instruments are calibrated in accordance with relevant standards and specifications.
  • Prepare equipment for shipment, including issuing forms, packing, and labeling items for return post-calibration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all calibration-related activities.
  • Perform inspections, calibrations, adjustments, testing, and minor repairs of instruments and equipment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of calibration procedures and make improvements where necessary.
  • Calibrate and service mechanical, electrical, and electronic instruments as required.
  • Record calibration results and issue official calibration certificates.
  • Ensure all instruments are calibrated within specified intervals and properly documented.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot performance issues or irregularities in equipment.
  • Support audits and compliance with quality systems such as ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical.
  • Prior experience in production or manufacturing environments is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in documentation and report writing
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
