Key Responsibilities

  • Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Assist in content creation for digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Help manage influencer/KOL collaborations and event activations.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversions).
  • Provide administrative and creative support to the marketing team.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in beauty, skincare, and lifestyle trends.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with good writing and communication skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and a strong team player.
  • Locals preferred.
