Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.Responsibilities* Lead the custody product and solutions portfolio, executing strategic initiatives to drive growth and enhance customer experience* Develop and manage the custody product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs* Identify and assess market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to inform product strategy and development* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and technology, to deliver innovative custody solutions* Manage product risks, including regulatory changes and operational risks, to ensure compliance and mitigate potential issues* Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, including pricing, marketing, and sales support, to drive product adoption and revenue growth* Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market intelligence to continuously improve and optimize the custody offering* Represent the custody product portfolio and engage with key stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and industry forumsRequirements* Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the securities services or transaction banking industry* Strong understanding of custody services, including asset servicing, fund administration, and related products and solutions* Proven track record in developing and executing successful product strategies, driving innovation, and delivering business results* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present complex information to diverse audiences* Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry trends in the securities services and transaction banking domains* Proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques to measure and optimize product performanceApply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.-en
