Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

  • Sketch, wireframe, and prototype user experiences for web and mobile platforms

  • Design intuitive UI layouts with attention to detail, accessibility, and brand consistency.

  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs

  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs

  • Maintain and evolve a design system to ensure UI consistency across products.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Design, HCI, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome)

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

  • Ability to create both low-fidelity sketches and polished UI mockups

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

  • Experience designing responsive interfaces across devices

  • Good communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly

Proficient in the following tools:

  • Figma (primary design and prototyping tool)

  • Adobe Photoshop (image editing and asset preparation)

  • Adobe Illustrator (vector graphics and icon design)

  • Adobe Acrobat (PDF editing and documentation reviews)

  • Procreate iPad OS (freehand concept sketching, digital illustration)

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working in a fintech environment

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end collaboration workflows

  • Familiarity with user research and A/B testing tools
