Descripción del puesto:

  • Apoya a los gerentes en la ejecución de diversas tareas

  • Supervisa los procesos para garantizar la calidad y el cumplimiento de las normativas aduaneras y los requisitos de auditoría interna.

  • Brinda atención al cliente, garantizando la gestión oportuna de la carga y la documentación.

  • Asistir en la resolución de problemas.

  • Genera informes para identificar tendencias, mejoras de procesos, problemas y niveles de satisfacción.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia de 2 años
  • Título Tecnico y/o Universitario completo
  • Inglés (nivel intermedio – avanzado) Excluyente
  • Conocimientos básicos de operaciones aduaneras, leyes y reglamentos, y otros organismos gubernamentales (Excluyente)
  • Conocimiento básico del sistema de Seguridad Social
  • Conocimientos avanzado herramientas Microsoft 365, teams, Outlook
  • Ubicación para trabajar en comuna de Pudahuel
  • Trabajo 100% presencial
