In Singapore, we continue to deliver a unique shopping experience across our Food, Clothing, and Home divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with shoppers, identifying their needs, and providing personalised assistance
- Uphold store excellence by ensuring high standards of product presentation, cleanliness, and overall customer experience
- Contribute to sales operations, including cashiering, till management, and processing customer returns efficiently
- Manage stock control through accurate replenishment, transfers, and maintaining product availability on the shop floor
- Share reliable product knowledge across Food or Clothing sections to build customer confidence and satisfaction
- Ensure the safe handling of goods, assist customers with product information, and support timely stock replenishment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Candidates with prior experience may be considered for Senior Sales Advisor positions
