About the Role
As a ZARA Sales Associate, you'll deliver an exceptional in-store experience - welcoming customers, styling looks, maintaining a beautiful sales floor, and ensuring fast, accurate transactions. You'll work as part of a high-energy team to achieve daily KPIs and bring the latest fashion to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet, style, and advise customers; handle queries and exchanges professionally
- Proactively drive sales, add-on, and conversion; support daily targets
- Duties include fitting room service, pricing, replenishing stocks and stockroom standards
- Maintain housekeeping, health & safety, and loss-prevention protocols
- Partner with colleagues and managers to deliver seamless service
What We're Looking For
- Passion for fashion retail and customer service (experience in apparel/fast fashion is a plus)
- Strong communication; confident, friendly, and collaborative
- Able to work retail hours (weekends, public holidays, opening/closing shifts)
- Physically able to be on your feet and handle light stock movement
