Finance Trainee

1. Participate in rotational programs within finance department for different roles to gain broad accounting and finance knowledge.
2. Provide a full spectrum of day-to-day administrative and operational accounting support.
3. Learn all aspects of accounts functions and acquire skills needed to assume a management position.
4. Learn the management viewpoints, finance department policies and best practices through assignments and rotations among Accounts payables, Accounts Receivables, Treasury matters, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Management report, Consolidation reports, Chinese report, etc.
5. Analyze financial data, prepare reports (both English and Chinese), and provide recommendations to improve processes and performance to enhance overall finance department efficiency.
6. Work collaboratively with colleagues across finance department and others business units or departments to ensure seamless process.
7. Take on special assignments like new system implementations, etc.
8. Work closely with finance team leaders to understand and provide day-to-day support.
9. Meet the key performance indicators set annually
10. Adhere to and execute tasks as instructed by Finance General Manager & Finance Manager to support the department's plans and goals

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accountancy. No working experience is required as training will be provided.
2. Self-motivated & results oriented
3. Independent & resourceful
4. Competent in problem solving & possess strong analytical skills
5. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
6. Good communication skills
