About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to join our construction team at Right Construction Pte Ltd. As a Technical Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of complex construction projects within Singapore. What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Develop and implement efficient project management strategies, including resource allocation, cost control, and risk mitigation.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure project compliance and address any issues or concerns.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services to support project delivery.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Mentor and train junior team members, fostering their professional development.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar technical management role within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and construction-related technologies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
