Job Summary:

  • Basic Salary: $5000 - $8000
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
  • Working Location: Commonwealth
  • AWS + Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

PLAN

  • Plan and forecast monthly and weekly project installation schedules.
  • Identify potential site issues and eliminate risks early.
  • Coordinate work arrangements and manpower planning with site personnel.
  • Liaise with suppliers for material and equipment delivery by preparing MERF for approval.

DO

  • Attend project meetings with clients, architects, consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors.
  • Monitor and coordinate site execution with representatives and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Submit method statements, risk assessments, and shop drawings.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and progress claims.

CHECK

  • Ensure M&E designs meet client requirements.
  • Perform pre- and post-delivery inspections on materials and equipment for defects.
  • Inspect site installations for quality assurance.
  • Conduct joint site inspections and pre-testing/commissioning activities with client representatives.

ACT

  • Clear defects and complete outstanding works.
  • Prepare as-built drawings and conduct joint inspections for client approval.
  • Compile Operation & Maintenance manuals for client acceptance.
  • Assist in final account settlement, including variation orders.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5-8 years of related working experience/industry
  • Experience in managing LTA Projects (ACMV, fire protection, ducting)
