About Company

Our client is a non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing positive social and environmental impact in Singapore and beyond. In line with their continued efforts to address climate and sustainability challenges, they are now seeking a Program Manager (Climate Technology) to lead initiatives that strengthen environmental stewardship and long-term community resilience.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Project Development: Develop and structure innovative Climate Technology programs, projects, initiatives, and blended finance models that unlock catalytic impact for the community.
  • Project Evaluation and Due Diligence: Conduct program evaluation, including environmental scans, research, and due diligence on partners and solutions.
  • Program Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor approved to ensure the desired outcome has been met, producing timely reports to Management and Board.
  • Partnerships and Ecosystem Building: Build and maintain effective relationships and alliances with global and local partners/organisations to forge synergistic and effective collaborations for the organisation.

Key Requirements

  • Recognised Degree in Science, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferably in climate sector or a related area.
  • Positive attitude, energetic, driven and resourceful.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen understanding and passion for sustainability issues is essential.
