Account Executive

Location: Nicol Highway

Working Days: Monday - Friday, Saturday (WFH)

Working Hours: 9am - 5pm, 9am- 12pm

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage the general ledger, including journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
  • Lead and oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve variances promptly.
  • Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Support audit and tax filing processes by preparing necessary reports and documentation.
  • Provide financial analysis to management and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Coach, mentor, and guide junior accounting staff to enhance team performance.
