Job Summary:

  • Basic Salary: $2200 - $2400
  • Location: Bedok
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am -6pm (Required to work one Saturday each month)
  • Performance bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the finance team in daily accounts receivable operations.
  • Prepare invoices, record payments, and assist in collecting outstanding debts.
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Handle document filing and provide general administrative support.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Nitec in Accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly strong in Excel
