Preschool teachers play a crucial role in the early development of young children. Their responsibilities typically include:

  1. Creating a Safe and Nurturing Environment: Ensuring that the classroom is a secure and welcoming space where children feel comfortable and are encouraged to explore and learn.
  2. Developing and Implementing Curriculum: Designing and carrying out lesson plans that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
  3. Monitoring and Assessing Progress: Observing and evaluating each child's development and progress, and adjusting teaching methods to meet individual needs. This includes keeping records of children's milestones and challenges.
  4. Engaging with Parents and Guardians: Communicating regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and needs.
  5. Promoting Health and Safety: Ensuring children's physical well-being by following health and safety guidelines, and maintaining a clean environment.

Requirements:

With Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education

ECDA certified L1/L2 in English Language or Chinese Language
