About the role

Join the vibrant team at Rainbow Cove Preschool as a full-time Preschool English Teacher We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Preschool English Teacher to guide and nurture young children in a safe and caring environment that promotes learning and development.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate learning activities and lesson plans that support children's physical, cognitive, social and emotional development
  • Observing and assessing children's progress, and adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs
  • Building positive relationships with children and their families, and fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom culture
  • Ensuring a safe, clean and well-organised learning environment that adheres to all regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with the wider preschool team to continuously improve teaching practices and contribute to the school's growth.

What we're looking for

  • Relevant teaching qualification, such as a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar childcare/preschool teaching role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and their families
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering children's holistic development
  • Current First Aid and Childcare First Aid certificates, and a valid Working with Children Check
