Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
Product & Process Knowledge
  • Possess knowledge of products, methodologies, processes, policies, tools, and techniques required for project implementation.
  • Respond promptly to stakeholder inquiries by sourcing accurate information.
  • Keep updated with developments and changes in project management practices.
  • Uphold high standards of work, integrity, respect, and confidentiality.
Project Initiation
  • Develop realistic project plans based on objectives, scope, and interdependencies.
  • Set up and formalise projects using appropriate methodologies and tools.
  • Forecast potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Project Planning & Management
  • Plan and manage logistics and resource arrangements across products and services.
  • Align project schedules with the organization's learning calendar and business objectives.
  • Monitor project performance against defined standards.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to facilitate project development and implementation.
  • Lead project teams effectively and anticipate risks with mitigation plans.
  • Review processes to ensure project effectiveness and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
Project Execution
  • Coordinate completion of deliverables within budget, timeline, and resources.
  • Communicate project milestones, deliverables, and status updates clearly.
  • Investigate urgent needs, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including plans, reports, and updates from all stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management
  • Identify stakeholder needs and develop engagement plans.
  • Build relationships to foster a collaborative culture where diverse teams work toward shared goals.
  • Manage expectations, address feedback, and resolve conflicts using strong interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiate with departments to ensure adequate resources for all project phases.
Project Closure
  • Ensure completion of all project deliverables.
  • Measure performance against objectives and standards.
  • Formally close projects and document lessons learned.
Qualifications, Experience & Qualities
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and calm under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels, including management, clients, and vendors.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with timely and creative decision-making.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders with varying viewpoints and competing demands.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High standards of integrity, respect, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

  • This role is open only to Singaporeans or Permanent Residents.
  • This is a contract role with potential for conversion to a permanent position.
