We are offering a 24/7 mental wellness support hotline, and are looking for clinical/counselling psychologists to join our clinical team and support this crucial lifeline to clients.

This role offers a meaningful opportunity to build clinical experience in a real-world setting, supported by a strong, multidisciplinary team based in Singapore. Job Description

Clinical /Counselling Psychologist (Remote – Night Shift)

Remote | Contract Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Be placed on standby from 9pm to 9am to:

  • provide text-based wellness support through our after-hours hotline with shifts typically from 9:00pm–9:00am SGT

  • Triage presenting concerns, provide psychotherapy, and refer clients to in-person/virtual counselling session as necessary
  • Conduct teleconsultations with clients as needed

  • Maintain clear, accurate clinical documentation of client interactions

  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and case discussions
  • Support the development of mental health education content

What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master graduate in Arts (Applied Psychology), Clinical or Counselling Psychology from a recognised institution
  • Fully licensed or registered with SRP (SG) , AHPRA (Aust), AHPA (MY) or appropriate regulator or body
  • Prior experience in clinical, community, or helpline settings is essential
  • Proficiency in using computer software and technology for record keeping and communication purposes

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Strong written communication with a warm and professional tone
  • Comfortable working independently, asynchronously and remotely
  • Demonstrates initiative, sound judgment, and commitment to ethical care
  • Open to feedback and keen to learn in a structured and supportive (remote) environment

Additional Details

  • Contract-based position open to Singapore- and Malaysia-based applicants

  • Training and onboarding will be provided prior to start of duties

  • This role is based on a 4-day work week cycle, which will include one day in the weekend
  • Freedom to hold your regular day job while providing nighttime standby services
  • You may be scheduled to work on public holidays (overtime pay provided for work done on Singapore PH)
